ACA Flag Day in the New Territories will be held from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm on 24 February 2024 (Saturday) to let the public understand our services and raise much needed fund to sustaining child abuse prevention services for creating a caring and non-violent environment for children to grow healthily and happily.  Learn more
